Recommended Usage. Apply two or three times a day, enough to cover the area you are treating – just as you use any other cream or ointment. If you are treating a joint, apply all around the joint, not just where it seems to hurt. If the pain is bad initially, you can apply twice in a row – waiting 5 to 10 minutes between coats.
